Austin has a deep passion for building HR functions from the ground up. He brings hands-on experience in designing and implementing comprehensive human resources strategies that drive organizational success. Having experience with small private and large multinational public companies, he specializes in a broad spectrum of HR disciplines.

He has dual MBA\/MHR degrees from Utah State University and is SHRM-SCP certified.

He has successfully led recruiting initiatives for organizations ranging from local startups to multi-billion-dollar international companies, consistently delivering results through process optimization, innovative sourcing, and a people-first approach.

Beyond talent acquisition, Nate\u2019s expertise spans the full HR spectrum, including employee relations, benefits administration, policy development, and people management. He is passionate about coaching individuals, strengthening communication and collaboration, and implementing systems that create long-lasting impact.
