Austin Truman
Austin has extensive experience creating multiple HR functions from scratch with an entrepreneurial mindset. That includes handbook and policy creation, compliance, safety, benefits administration, compensation management, succession planning, training and leadership development, analytics, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, and more. He works by true principles. These include integrity, hard work, humility, and empathy. Austin holds a duel Masters in Human Resources Management and Business Administration. He also holds multiple industry certifications including the Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) certification from the Society for HR Management.
Nate Day
Nate is an insanely dedicated HR professional with nearly a decade of HR experience from all walks of the industry including from the Coordinator Roles, Business Partner and in TA Management. Nate’s expertise spans a range of HR functions, from policy formulation, employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting, hiring and general people management. He is especially passionate about optimizing processes, coaching individuals, communication, collaboration and implementing effective and lasting talent acquisition strategies for senior level and high volume entry level positions. Nate has worked with organizations of all sizes including local smaller organizations to multi-billion dollar international companies. He treats every task and assignment like it was personal - because it is! Nate holds a masters degree in business management, various TA certifications and will receive his masters in HR management this year.
