With a deep passion for building HR functions from the ground up, I bring hands-on experience in designing and implementing comprehensive human resources strategies that drive organizational success. Having experience with small private and large multinational public companies, I specialize in a broad spectrum of HR disciplines. I have dual MBA/MHR degrees from Utah State University and am SHRM-SCP certified.
My approach is rooted in core principles of integrity, hard work, humility, and empathy—values that guide every decision and interaction. I leverage my competitive spirit not only to excel personally but to elevate teams and organizations, unlocking potential and achieving results beyond expectations.
As a co-founder, I am dedicated to partnering with businesses to create HR frameworks that are strategic, scalable, and aligned with their unique goals, empowering leaders and employees alike to thrive.
Nate Day
Nate is an accomplished HR leader specializing in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting, with nearly a decade of experience filling roles and building scalable hiring strategies across both high-volume and senior-level roles. He has successfully led recruiting initiatives for organizations ranging from local startups to multi-billion-dollar international companies, consistently delivering results through process optimization, innovative sourcing, and a people-first approach.
Beyond talent acquisition, Nate’s expertise spans the full HR spectrum, including employee relations, benefits administration, policy development, and people management. He is passionate about coaching individuals, strengthening communication and collaboration, and implementing systems that create long-lasting impact.
Nate holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, a Master’s in Business Management, and multiple Talent Acquisition certifications. He approaches every project with the same dedication and ownership as if it were personal—because to him, it is.
Spencer Mecham
Spencer is a forward-thinking HR professional and entrepreneur with a passion building systems that help people and businesses perform at their best. He combines a strong foundation in Human Resource Management from Brigham Young University with hands-on experience in recruiting, business development, and people-focused process improvement.
He has led teams through leadership development initiatives, supported executives in clarifying compensation priorities, and helped managers roll out practical training and performance conversations across their organizations. Spencer has also managed high-volume candidate outreach and interviewing across a range of roles, helping leaders move from broad applicant pools to confident hiring decisions.
Spencer brings a blend of people skills and light technical ability, using straightforward tools and simple automation to reduce manual work and give leaders clear, usable insight into their people practices. Guided by values of integrity, ownership, and clear communication, he focuses on being a partner clients can rely on to follow through, share honest recommendations, and stay accountable for outcomes.
